I was wondering when we were going to hear of your progress on this front.... :) How are things going for you? I have a chocolate tip, and you might hate me for telling you this, but there is a product called CocoaVia, and it's really good, if you like dark chocolate. Each almond crunch bar has only 80 cals, 3g fat, and 2g dietary fiber. They are smaller than a granola bar, but just the right size to satisfy your cravings....if you have a craving and are looking for a healthy alternative. I've found them very helpful as I've been on Weight Watchers these past million weeks.
East of Eden -- sorry, no can do! If I eat any form of chocolate, healthy or not, I'm all over it like a bee on a big ol' magnolia. But thanks for the suggestion!

Wow Tristi! That's fabulous! I've gone chocolate free before, and after a few weeks the cravings tended to subside. Hope it's that way for you!

Thanks, Kimberly!
