A Tree Full of Monkeys

Hey, you know those bananas I just bought this morning on my way home, yeah, those ones, the ones I told my children were for me, and that I would share but they needed to leave some for me?

They're gone now. I didn't get any.

I live in a tree full of monkeys.

YOu know, the thing with bananas is if I buy just enough for me, the kids eat them. If I buy enough to share, they won't touch them and they go bad. Yep. We live with monkeys.

Don't ya hate it when that happens?! :)

Tristi,
You could always avoid the problem by buying those overripe, black bananas in the store. The kids won't touch them and then you can make banana bread ... and dole (ooo, "Dole". No pun intended :) it out at your discretion.

Well in my house I lived with a house full of mice, and my husband was the biggest mouse in the house. I couldn't keep cheese around, it would just vanish in thin air. Never to be found when I needed it for fixing dinner. I love them anyways. I know how you feel.

The same thing happens at my house as Karlene's. Go figure.

Well, except that I really hate banana bread. I was fed too much of it as a child. :)
