Ten years ago, in November of 2002, my first book was published. To celebrate ten years of being a published author, I am holding a contest that runs the entire month, with scads and scads of prizes you can win!
Let me explain how this will work. No - there is too much. Let me sum up.
Every day in November except Sundays, I will post something on the blog. It could be some information about one of my books, it could be answers to my most frequently asked questions, it could be some Tristi Trivia. Whatever it might be, come and leave a comment. That comment enters you to win the prize associated with that post. There is a new prize every other day, and winners will be announced every other day. Essentially, it's a party that never ends!
You can enter once every day. Each comment counts as one entry. That means you get two entries toward each prize if you comment every day.
Now, here's the beauty of it - not only do your comments count toward that day's prize, but they are added to the drawing for the grand prize at the end of the month. So the more you comment throughout the month, the better your odds of winning at the end of the month.
First, I'm sure you're dying to know what the grand prize is. I mean, you've gotta know if it's worth fighting for, right?

That's twelve e-books ... twelve! How awesome is that? I think that pretty much rocks as a grand prize, and I'd like to thank these authors for donating. The drawing for this grand prize will take place on November 30th. All winners will be chosen by Random.org.
Let's get this party started with our very first prize.
Mandy Steenburg thinks her doctorate in education has prepared her to run any school district—until she tangles with the moonshine-making, coon-dog-owning denizens of a tiny district in Pacific Northwest timber country. She’s determined to make a difference, but the local populace still looks to the former superintendent for leadership. When Mandy lands in the middle of an old feud and someone keeps trying to kill her, instinct tells her to run. And though she has to literally swim through perilous waters, she finds a reason to stay and chance the odds.
This prize was donated by award-winning author Liz Adair, and you can learn more about her on her blog.
To enter, just leave a comment in the trail. Please be sure that I have some way to contact you if you've won so I can find out where to have the book shipped.
Come back tomorrow for another chance to enter and another chance to win - and please tell all your friends. Parties are the most fun when all your friends come!
