Happy Anniversary - Day #4

Hello, everyone!!

Welcome to Day #4 of my tenth-anniversary celebration. As a reminder, today's prize is the ebook of Prank Wars by Stephanie Fowers. If you comment by midnight tonight Utah time, you are entered in a drawing for that prize.  Click here for more details about the book.

My second published novel was Strength to Endure. It came out in 2004, two years after Nothing to Regret. That just kind of shows how the publishing industry works sometimes - I actually wrote STE while waiting for NTR to be published, so there wasn't a two-year lag in writing. What's super fun is that it was released the same week one of my children was born, so I had a baby book and a baby boy at the same time.

ISBN: 978-1932280487
LDS historical fiction

Anneliese Klein was just a small girl when Hitler came into power in her home country of Germany. Fear and uncertainty were as much as part of her childhood as dolls and tea parties. As she grew up, the war crept even closer to home, taking first her two brothers and then her father. Eventually it claims the man she loves. How will she survive these horrors? And what will become of her unborn child?

You can purchase Strength to Endure at Amazon.com, but I'm also planning to release this one again in the near future, and it will be reedited. So depending on just how antsy you are to get your hands on it ... :)

It's fun for me to look back and remember writing this book and the subsequent reviews. It wasn't distributed very widely, but those who read it really enjoyed it.

So there you have it - a little bit about my second published book.

Leave a comment in this trail and be entered to win Stephanie Fowers' book - and don't forget to check back tomorrow for a new prize announcement!

I didn't know about this book. Another to add to my "To Read List"--along with Prank Wars. And how fabulous is that that your book and your baby share the same birth week :)
