And also being able to have the wizarding skills to tell when your child has pushed a bunch of buttons and shut it off or reprogrammed it is even awesome-er!
I totally agree. You know, the first time I received a dishwasher--it was a present from my hubby--I cried. Does that say enough about how important it is to me that I turn it on?

I so agree! Gotta love that feeling of opening the dishwasher and thinking oops . . .
dork :)
you got a snort giggle out of me!
Putting a load of laundry in the wash (first time in a week) is good. (Shows I'm feeling a little better.)
Remembering to move it into the dryer before it starts to smell funky would have been way awesome.
Yeah, the psychic interface on our dishwasher has been broken for a long time, too.
Oh Tristi you made me giggle! I do that far, far too often!
Been there, done that. The washer and dryer work the same way too. Did you know?
You make me laugh. How many times have I got up in morning only to find a dishwasher full of dirty dishes?
I'm so glad that there is someone else who forgets to turn on the dishwasher! (Reading between the lines here!)
Yeah, that's pretty much the story of my life.
I feel that way about the drier.

I'm famous for putting the clean clothes into the dryer...and then forgetting to turn the dryer on...and then comes the funky smell.
Let's just say 3 out of 7 mornings that happens around here...way too much for my patience!
It's nice to know that we're not the only ones what that "problem" as well. :)
Hahahaha! =D =D
Thing to do...assign the chore to a child, then you can blame them when it's not turned on. =D Muhahahahahaha!
Oh yeah, I do that way too much. And last week I started a load of wash in the washing machine and forgot to put the clothes in. Twice.
That happens all the time when my hubby loads the dishwasher! :)

I admit - - I laughed out loud when I read this post.
So this doesn't just happen at my house! {I feel better now!} :)
