But, since then, low-temp dehydration has been perfected, and THESE DAYS, you can't tell rehydrated foods from fresh or fresh-frozen. (There's *far* more available than celery!).

The advantage to using dehydrated foods is space-savings. You can store 2-3 times more than wet-packed foods in the same amount of space.

Bruce Hopkins
Best Prices Storable FoodsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31281717.post-4687191396258839712009-10-23T21:36:00.313-07:002009-10-23T21:36:00.313-07:00Some people I know get really creative with dry pa...Some people I know get really creative with dry pack canning. Lucky for me, there is another spare bed.Framedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13703547279309902320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31281717.post-58633213847710856142009-10-23T10:48:10.815-07:002009-10-23T10:48:10.815-07:00The problem is figuring out how to store the choco...The problem is figuring out how to store the chocolate chips--a "supply" is however much I have on hand, plus a couple of handfuls more!Lee Ann Setzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17498357975662411720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31281717.post-69128863645592834012009-10-23T10:18:47.050-07:002009-10-23T10:18:47.050-07:00This book sounds like a must have for our househol...This book sounds like a must have for our household.
